Advice for people who are at high risk from Covid-19
The government has issued revised advice for people who are at high risk from Covid-19 and those who were previously shielded can now go outside for exercise.
Local authorities have been running community hubs to provide advice for people affected by the pandemic. They have been organising food deliveries and signposting people to sources of help.
They should be the first port of call for anyone worried about getting food or medicines because they are vulnerable or self-isolating and who has not got family or friends who can help.

Information about community services
Voluntary & community groups throughout the area are stepping up to offer help with shopping, mental health, information and advice.
For our colleagues who may be supporting clients who are sick or self-isolating, we have compiled a list of those community groups and organisations that are helping during the crisis. If you have information about a service or group that is not on the lists, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
