3VA Wellbeing Day Session 1, Connecting with our senses

With the mind's constant chatter and withing the busyness of modern-day life, it can be very powerful just to take a moment to stop and tune into our senses.  

In this session we will be sharing a few simple self-regulating practices that connect us back into our bodies.

"Please note: All five sessions have been designed to be complete in themselves. However, they are also designed to complement one another to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing and so we encourage you to attend as many as you can."
