3VA Wellbeing Day Session 2 Connecting Through our Breath

In this session we will be briefly looking at the science behind mental and physical stress and how breathwork practices help us manage our mental and emotional states, regardless of external circumstances. 

We will be sharing simple effective breathing practices that can be done at any time to promote our sense of wellbeing. 

"Please note: All five sessions have been designed to be complete in themselves. However, they are also designed to complement one another to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing and so we encourage you to attend as many as you can."
