3VA Wellbeing Day Session 3 Mindfulness Practices

This session will briefly look at the mindfulness movement. We will be exploring some simple mindfulness practices together to find what your version of mindfulness is, within your everyday life. 

"Please note: All five sessions have been designed to be complete in themselves. However, they are also designed to complement one another to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing and so we encourage you to attend as many as you can."
