3VA Wellbeing Day Session 4 Simple Mindful Movements

In this session we will look at the mind/body connection and the importance of mindful movement in our increasingly sedentary culture. We will share ways to invigorate our bodies through short simple desk exercises that are accessible to everyone.  

 "Please note: All five sessions have been designed to be complete in themselves. However, they are also designed to complement one another to provide a holistic approach to wellbeing and so we encourage you to attend as many as you can."
