How to book

This and all of these training workshops are free and to secure a place we are asking you to work towards setting up, or continuing with an activity aimed at helping local residents in the project target areas to become more physically active.

To book your place on any (or all three) of the courses please complete the form and email it to Lee Shepherd at lee.shepherd@3va.org.uk. If you have any questions, please email Lee or call him on 07535 992 638.

A plea from the heart

This project is not about income generation and we know that times (for all sorts of reasons) are really hard right now. For that reason we have decided to offer these three initial training workshops free of charge. We know that we are taking something of a risk with this in that there is a possibility people might book a place and then not attend, which we would like to avoid happening.

For that reason we are asking you to have a look at the workshops and if you decide you’d like to book a place on one or more of them to make a commitment to attend. So please have a good look at what’s involved with each of the workshops and if you want to book a place…we’d love to see you there.
