Sussex Community Development Association (SCDA) delivers a range of projects & services aimed at supporting the needs of vulnerable individuals and empowering and developing community activity. We are now looking for an experienced individual to join our Aspirations team.
Our Aspirations Coaches are responsible for supporting SCDA participants along their journey through the Aspirations service. A service designed to increase wellbeing, resilience and skills, and to provide a pathway to training, education, volunteering or work opportunities for people who have experienced mental health issues as a barrier to work. The service includes partners from the voluntary sector, arts, sports and community groups and is currently being delivered across Kent and East Sussex
