Citizens Advice Eastbourne is looking for a full time adviser to help clients with complex welfare benefit enquiries. A job share would be considered for this role. This is a temporary post funded until end of September 2021.

You will need to have experience of giving welfare benefits advice under a quality standard, ideally including appealing benefit decisions. An enhanced DBS check will be required. This service covers Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford.
