East Sussex Recovery Alliance (ESRA) is a peer led recovery project working with those in recovery from substance misuse and their families. We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting those on their Recovery journey. We are looking for someone who can manage, supervise and support ESRA café volunteers. Deliver and develop training specific for café volunteers to included cookery, safer food better business. You must be able to Ensure the café is compliant with environmental health food hygiene stand for effective service delivery at all times. To manage café finances to including planning menus and ordering stock and reconciling income and expenditure. To ensure the café at ESRA plays a central role in providing volunteering opportunities and an accessible welcoming community space.
