We are looking for someone with a great telephone manner and positive approach, to work with our team of Money Advisers helping people to improve their financial situation and avoid eviction.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in the advice sector. You will be the first point of contact for referrals and be providing casework support for our team of Money Advisers. Working under their supervision you will develop experience of the debt and benefit advice process – helping people complete forms and applications. Motivating clients to stay engaged throughout their advice journey, so they can get their finances back on track.
