Sussex Community Development Association (SCDA) delivers a range of projects & services aimed at supporting the needs of vulnerable individuals and empowering and further developing community activity. We are now looking for experienced individuals to join our Employability team. We are recruiting for experienced Community Connectors to offer intensive, ongoing and practical support to eligible clients, enabling them to access a range of services geared to supporting them back into sustainable work, learning or volunteering.
