Action in Rural Sussex, part of the national ACRE network, is a charity dedicated, since 1931, to supporting viable rural communities. We are leaders in village halls, community spaces and facilities.

We are seeking a customer-focussed, friendly, Community Facilities Advisor to join us as a key member of our team.

We work with people operating community buildings across Sussex, and provide them with advice, information and support through face-to-face visits, via a web platform, responding to phone and emails, and by organising conferences and special events. Our Advisor is responsible for maintaining and developing this vital service.

If you have a successful track record of running community facilities or similar, have a good knowledge of rural development, health and safety, and are practical and IT literate, then come and join us and make a real difference to rural lives.
