Part time CR Education Officer required to deliver the Go Learn schools rail education project across East and West Sussex, as part of the Go Learn programme funded by Govia Thameslink Rail (GTR). This programme works with pupils transitioning from primary to secondary schools, in mainstream and special schools, giving them knowledge and confidence in safe, independent rail travel as a viable option for school, leisure and work. You will be able to identify opportunities for further development of the programme including additional teaching resources and modules. You will be responsible for developing relationships with a diverse range of external partners to enable delivery of the project. Monitoring and reporting on outcomes are an important part of the job. You will also deliver Try a Train activities, encouraging under-represented groups to experience rail travel.
