We help approximately 4500 people in Brighton and Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex, and deliver Community Interpreting, Translation, Advocacy, Social Prescribing, Befriending, Health Promotion and Community Engagement. We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our staff team as a Digital Support Worker.
The principal purpose of the role is to provide first-line support to a busy team for information and communication technology (ICT), to support innovation and development and to perform regular system monitoring and maintenance. The aim is to support the culture, practices, processes and technologies of the internet era to respond to customer need.
We are looking for an outgoing and friendly individual with excellent communication skills who is able to work flexibly within a team, manage competing priorities and use their initiative to anticipate and solve problems.
You should have a commitment to Equal Opportunity and Diversity and to furthering Sussex Interpreting Services’ Vision, Mission and Values.
