- Interim Client Finance & Digital Information Lead
- Part-time – 12 months initially (see note)
- Salary Negotiable – dependent on skills and experience
- 21-25 hours per week – flexible working by agreement
- Mobile/remote and homeworking with occasional travel to East and West Sussex service venues
This new combined role is pivotal to improving Headway business systems and will underpin service delivery as the charity shifts to offer wellbeing support services in a range of dispersed town-based venues. We expect to secure longer term funding for the role.
Client Finance – directly manage and administer an efficient client finance service for prompt, accurate charging and credit control. Review, develop and improve existing systems and coordinate all aspects of client finance, funding agreements and personal payments.
Information Database System – lead and project-manage implementation of a new organisation-wide, accessible client and carer database for go live within a 3-month timescale. Embed the system for effective, real-time case-management, invoicing, service activity and information sharing and reporting.
Digital Communications & Engagement – set Headway up to maximise digital presence and fundraising potential and promote digital inclusion. Own all aspects of marketing communications for clients, staff, volunteers and the wider community.
Provide expert business support to strengthen Headway communications and engagement. Manage social media activity and digital resources. Raise profile and present Headway as a trusted specialist provider organisation. Ensure high quality customer relations and stakeholder involvement underpins growth and fundraising and shapes Headway services to achieve business potential.
