We have a vacancy for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee our new project enabling people to successfully apply for Universal Credit.
We employ a team of Help to Claim advisers working from home. The Service Delivery Manager will oversee their work, manage rotas and staff attendance. This post will work alongside the HTC Supervisor and will also involve liaising with local stakeholders to promote the service.
Ideally you would have previous experience of managing staff and ensuring project targets are met. You will have good attention to detail, be approachable and friendly and have the flexibility and resilience to deal with challenges that this role may present.
This role can be home-based and we would welcome applicants from those who are comfortable with working with others remotely, including the use of video conferencing, email and phone. A job share would be considered.
