Survivors Network are pleased to be recruiting an ISVA to our thriving team. The ISVA service provides advocacy and support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse linked to the criminal justice process.
As a skilled case worker, you will have significant experience in working with vulnerable or traumatised people, a commitment to working in a client-centred way and a good understanding of self-care.
The role will involve supporting survivors living across Sussex (and travel across Sussex) with a focus on East Sussex and Brighton & Hove. The post holder will be home based initially but at offices in Brighton or Eastbourne in the future.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and is open to self-identifying women applicants only, as being a woman is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9 pt 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
