The Live Work Thrive Coach will be responsible for supporting SCDA participants along their journey through the service provided by this CHART project. This is a partnership project between Hastings Borough Council, Rother District Council, Fellowship of St Nicholas (FSN), Education Futures Trust (EFT) and Sussex Community Development Association (SCDA). The service is designed to improve access to employment support and work for homeless households to secure long-term housing and re-engagement with the community. The service is a new initiative and will be delivered across the Hastings and Rother region, with this post-holder’s main focus of delivery being in Bexhill and Sidley.
