12 month fixed term contract (maternity leave cover). To motivate young people to recognise and unlock their talents to enable them to achieve their full potential, taking an assets based approach to coach them to identify their skills and talents both as a young woman and mothers, helping them to transition into move on accommodation while ensuring all safeguarding principles and practices are maintained.
