The Services Manager – Communities will plan, set up, deliver and evaluate two new Satellite Carers Centres in Hastings and Uckfield and co-ordinate the organisation’s community development approach. The successful applicant will ensure appropriate strategies are in place to proactively identify carers, and coordinate, develop and deliver quality support services for carers.

You will be a skilled strategic manager with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills. A track record of community development, establishing new services, and strategic development is essential, as is experience of delivering group and one-to-one support to carers or other vulnerable clients.
