Therapeutic Services Manager – Brighton Women’s Centre (BWC)

£20,463– 24,360 pro rata (Paid)

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Therapeutic Services at Brighton Women’s Centre (BWC). BWC delivers the well-reputed and very popular BWC Women’s Therapeutic Services. The service provides gender-specific one-to-one and group therapeutic interventions. A sliding scale fee structure supports a low cost model for those women in our community who are unable to access medium term therapy.

The Therapeutic Services Manager will manage the BWC Therapeutic Services. She* will assess and allocate clients, and recruit and support a team of honorary therapists. She* will lead in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer on the development and sustainability of the Therapeutic Services.

Responsible to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Salary Grade: £20,463– 24,360 pro rata (£34,106 FTE)
Working hours: 21-25 hours per week by arrangement with some out of office hours required.
Work location: Brighton and Hove
Contract Details: Permanent
