Training and Volunteer Co-ordinator (Part-time)
£11-14 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications) (Paid)
Mediation Plus is currently looking for a part-time Training and Volunteer Co-ordinator, to develop and co-ordinate our programme of training centred around mediation and conflict management and to support the recruitment, training, and ongoing co-ordination of our volunteers.
See the job advertisement for further details about the role. The job holder will be responsible for networking, identifying potential organisations and community groups and delivering training to them, marketing, and supporting the Chief Executive to generate funding.
The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering training in a broad range of settings, be self-motivated and able to grow the programme, have strong communication and organisational skills, and experience of working with the public and volunteers.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this post. Own transport essential.
