Venue Hire

The spacious Willingdon Trees Community Centre is located at the heart of the local community on Holly Place, Eastbourne. As one of SCDA’s Community Hubs, WTCC aims to listen to Willingdon Trees residents and host groups and arrange activities that are wanted by local people.

We have two halls for hire:

The Small Hall can hold up to 25 people and is available to hire from £12 an hour. Perfect for small groups and children’s parties.

The Big Hall can hold up to 100 people and is available to hire from £15 an hour. Perfect for sports activities e.g bowls and conferences, exhibitions etc.

Both rooms have access to a large commercial kitchen which can be hired by the hour for £10 per hour. The centre has fully disabled access including toilet facilities, plenty of parking on site and is only a 20 minute walk from Hampden Park railway station.
